●Chemical resistance… The inner layer uses a fluoropolymer (PVDF type), providing excellent chemical resistance. *Note: It has low resistance to organic solvents (polar solvents) such as amines and ketones, so super flexible fluorine tubes are recommended.* ●Flexibility… The laminated structure offers superior flexibility compared to commercially available fluorine tubes, improving workability. ●Gas barrier properties… The inner layer of fluoropolymer (PVDF type) has excellent impermeability to various liquids and gases. ●Bend resistance… Compared to commercially available single-layer fluorine tubes, it is less likely to bend and will partially recover even if bent. ●Non-stick properties… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent water-repellent and non-stick properties, resulting in minimal fluid residue and excellent cleanability. (It also has good slip properties.) ●Abrasion resistance… The fluoropolymer in the inner layer has excellent abrasion resistance and can withstand slurry-type chemicals. ●Plasticizer-free… A non-oil hose that contains no plasticizers, which can be a source of leachables. ●Non-PVC… Made from non-PVC materials. ●Low leachables and low odor… Compared to PVC, it has fewer leachables, making it suitable for food, beverage, and cosmetic applications.
